An eco lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle

Last weekend I bicycled 25 km to get to our summerhouse, and then again 25 km back. It was really nice even though I have to admit I became really tired at every uphill.  It took about 1h and 30 min per way.

We could have taken the car but instead we chose a combination of train and bike. A very good training for the legs, and a zero carbon dioxide way of travelling.

The bicycle is just the best thing ever invented! Without any fuel other than your own muscles you get forward 3 times faster than by foot. If everyone would just change the car for a bike I’m sure there would be no obesity in this world.
